What You Can Expect From Each Session

Clear, Practical Systems

We work with what you already have. Sessions produce a system you and your family can actually maintain between appointments — not something that needs a professional to run it.

Fixed Scope and Price

Every programme has a defined scope and published price in CAD. There are no extras added afterward. You know exactly what is covered before any session begins.

Suited to Local Conditions

Based in the Outaouais region, we understand the kinds of property and family documents that circulate in rural Québec communities and the questions that come with them.

General Education, Not Advice

Everything we provide is educational and informational in nature. We explain how records work and what terms mean — we do not assess individual situations or provide guidance on personal matters.

Written Materials Included

Each session comes with printed or digital take-home materials — checklists, glossaries, templates, or dividers — so the value continues after the session ends.

Neighbourly and Unhurried

We are a small office in a small town. We work at a pace that lets questions get answered properly, and we would rather spend a few extra minutes than leave something unclear.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly happens during the Family Records session?
You bring your existing documents — whatever is on hand — and we work through them together. We build a simple index, choose a storage method that fits your home, set a date to review the file once a year, and note where a second copy should be kept. You leave with labelled dividers and a printed checklist. The session runs about two hours. No preparation is required beforehand.
Is the Realtor Team programme only for large brokerages?
The programme is sized for teams of 4 to 20 people, so it works equally well for a smaller independent office and a mid-sized brokerage. The planning call at the start lets us tailor the checklist and folder structure to how your team actually handles transactions.
Does the Estate Terminology Series count as legal advice?
No. The series is general education. It explains what common terms mean in documents, how records are typically numbered and dated, and how public registries are organised. We use fictional worked examples throughout. We do not assess any participant's specific documents or personal situation, and the series does not constitute professional guidance on any individual matter.
Can the series be arranged for a community group or association?
Yes. The four-part series is well suited to community groups, libraries, agricultural associations, and adult-learning programmes. Contact us to discuss timing, venue, and whether in-person or remote delivery fits your group better.
Are the prices shown in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The Family Records session is CAD 140, the Realtor Team programme is CAD 480, and the Estate Terminology Series is CAD 910. Applicable taxes will be noted at the time of invoicing.
How do I know which programme is right for me?
The simplest way is to send us a short message describing your situation. We will respond within one business day and recommend the programme that fits, or let you know if none of them are a match. There is no obligation to proceed from that first exchange.
What information do you collect, and how is it handled?
We collect only what you provide through the contact form — your name, email, and any message you include. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for the full details.
